Really enjoyed the location near the breathtakingly beautiful city centre of Olomouc. Plus, it was really close to the old town main square which was less than 10 minutes walk away, center, and beautifull parks...

The location was stunning, for example, a heliocentric clock was just a short walk away from the hotel. It also was close to gardens and parks. The rooms were newly renovated and nicely furnished, the staff were amiable.

A comfortable stay with central heating, key card access, and complimentary tea and coffee in the twin room made our visit enjoyable.

The front of house staff were very friendly, and happy to joke with guests. My room was very comfortable; the breakfast was excellent; and the secure parking was much appreciated. Only about five minutes walk from the centre of a very attractive city.

The lift seemed to have a mind of its own at times - otherwise the hotel woiuld have scored 'excellent' rather than 'good' for 'services/facilities'. But this is a very minor point.

The staff here is super friendly and always happy to help out. the room has everything you could need, like a safe, TV, and even a microwave 🛋️.

Booked.net offered smoking/no smoking room while hotel has non smoking only

WIFI was out of order. During my stay nobody repaired it.
